Handi Kaum is a very authentic and a traditional sweet that made out of rice flour , treacle, and coconut oil.
People use to put the cooked Handi Kavum in big pots of treacle and tie around the pot tightly. Still its happening in villages. Those dipped in treacle tastes very awesome.
This sweet is a very popular on a new year day or for any other traditional or ceremonial event. Try to do this is in your house.

Ingredients:
500g raw rice
500g sugar
150g all purpose flour
Oil
- Make treacle and mixed rice flour until get the correct texture
- The mixture should be thick and drooping consistency
- Heat the Oil, and add some of mixture in to it.
- cook the oil cake for few minutes till get golden brown.
