500g Innala (Chinese potato)
1 tsp of Masala (Curry powder)
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Fenugreek seeds 
2 Cup of coconut milk
3 green chilis
1/2 large onion
Garlic
Pandan leaves
Curry leaves
