We pick this kangkung from our home garden. so they very fresh and organic as well.

For this dish, we have add some dry fish but if you wanna make it as vegetable dish just forget about dry fish and follow other steps by steps to make tis delicious recipe.

Ingredients

  • Bunch of fresh kankun (washed and drained)

  • 50g of dried fish

  • 1 large onion sliced

  • 3-4 green chillies cut into pieces

  • 3-4 garlic cloves chopped

  • Curry leaves

  • Red chilli pieces

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil to fry

Method


  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan when ready add dry fish until golden brown
  • Now add curry leaves and Garlic
  • Reduce the heat and add crushed chillies and chopped onions and brown it slightly.
  • Add green chilli pieces
  • Now heat up and add kankun
  • Take off from the heat in a short time put to a another plate.
  • Enjoy with any rice and curry meal or even with any special dish like fried rice.
