In today's Recipe, we are going to make a delicious Sri Lankan Wattalapan that you can make at home and enjoy it.

- ● 300g of Kithul Juggery
- ● 7Eggs
- ● A bunch of Cloves
- ● Coconut Milk
- ● Vanilla
- ● Table Salt

Method Of Making The Wattalapan
- ● Crush The Kithul Juggery into Pieces using a Mortar and Pestle
- ● Crush some cloves as well
- ● Take the crushed Juggery and cloves and and leave it on one side
- ● Crack the eggs and put the yolk inside the blender, after that you blend it
- ● Add the Crushed Juggery and crushed clove in the blender and blend well
- ● Add Vanilla and salt to the mixture
- ● Once stirring the mixture, pour over the coconut milk in the mixture and mix well
- ● Put the mixture in a bowl
- ● Heat up the rice cooker with a steamer and place on the mixture, steam the mixture
for about 20 minutes - ● After 20 minutes, check if it looks properly cooked and smells nice, leave it to cool
and put it in the fridge - ● you can serve it after 3 hours
