Today we are going to make okra curry we're not going to use any oil for this curry. this is very popular in Sri Lanka also very healthy as well.
Then put the okara in the pan and after that you add some curry powder, some chilli powder, turmeric powder, onion, garlic and tomato.
Mix it all up and pour coconut milk to the pan and cook medium heat for 10 minutes.
Now mix the curry and that time you smell a really nice. Its time for serve. Enjoy!
Ingredients for Okra curry
- 500g of okra
- a bowl of coconut milk
- cinnamon stick
- 1 tps chilli powder
- 1 large onion
- 1 tomato
- 2 pcs of garlic
- 1 tps of curry powder
- Salt to taste
