Bitter Gourd (Karawila ) curry without oil. Bitter Gourd (Karawila ) is one of the most healthiest vegetable that you can prepare in you home.Let see what Are The Ingredients.
● 3 pcs of garlic
● 1 large onion
● 1 tomato
● 1tps Curry Powder
● 1 tps of chilli Powder
● Cinnamon Sticks
● 1/2 tps of turmeric Powder
● salt to taste
● 1 cup of coconut Milk
What to do once you have those ingredients
● Put the Bitter Gourd in a bowl once you finished
● Cut the onions so it would be diced onions
● Cut the garlic
● Cut the tomato into small pieces
● Put the chopped Bitter Gourd into a pot
● Add the onions, tomato, garlic, turmeric powder, cinnamon sticks, chilli powder, curry
powder and salt into the pot
● Pour half of the coconut milk into the pot
● Heat the pot and leave it for about 10 minutes
● Add some curry leaves if you want more flavor to the curry
● After the 10 minutes, you start to stir the curry
● You should see that the curry is coming to a boil
● Add the rest of the coconut milk to the curry
● Leave it for about 10 minutes
You have made your Bitter Gourd Curry Enjoy!!!!!
