Anguna leaves are very healthy for conditions like diabetic. In this sambole(salad), we use raw anguna leaves and mix with other ingredients including onion, green chilies and lime juice.
-When you eat Anguna kola it will feel bitter taste. So you have mix it very gently to avoid getting bitterer.
-You can pick leaves prepare it freshly if you you got anguna plant in your house. Instead of buying leaves. We can find this plant. most of home garden in Sri Lanka .
-Wash leaves and drain water.
-Slice green chilies and red onions.
-Cut the leaves into thin pieces.
-Mix leaves, green chilies, red onions, Pepper, Maldive fish, salt, fresh grated coconut and lime juice.

- ½ cup of fresh grated coconut
- Salt as per taste
